Open since 2008 in East Point, Little Linguists International Preschool is a Bright From the Start state licensed, language immersion preschool for children ages birth to 5 years old. Little Linguists East Point is a Quality Rated program. In 2010, LLIP earned accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), one of the most prestigious and highly-recognized early childhood accreditation agencies in the country. Only 8 percent of all preschools and early childhood programs are accredited. LLIP is located in East Point, Ga. just 10 miles from downtown Atlanta. LLIP is a full immersion language program, offering Spanish, French and Chinese. The accreditation validates our commitment to reaching the highest professional and educational standards. It lets families in the Atlanta area know that children in our program are not only learning new languages but, more importantly, are getting the best care and early educational experience possible.
In 2013, Little Linguists Decatur opened in the City of Decatur as a half day program in collaboration with Bean Work Play Cafe. In the summer of 2016, this program will transition to a full-day full language immersion preschool program.
Little Linguists owner, staff and parents were the founders and visionaries behind the opening of The GLOBE Academy, one of Georgia's first dual immersion public charter schools that opened in Dekalb County in 2013.
