Preschool:

We offer full-time and part-time preschool programs serving children from 4 weeks to 6 years.

• A total immersion cultural setting, taught in Spanish, French and Mandarin Chinese.

• Our facility offers a home-like setting, with low teacher to student ratios.

• We provide a healthy breakfast and lunch, and incorporate cooking, gardening, and nutrition as part of the experience.

• Our program also incorporates Sign Language, Music, Visual and Creative Arts, and Yoga/Physical Fitness.

Our mixed age classrooms allow younger children to learn from older ones, and older children to learn leadership skills and patience.

• Infants - 4 weeks up to 12 months (not walking) *Part-time not available

• Toddlers (1’s and 2’s) - 12 months up to 36 Months (walking)

• Preschool – 3 years up to 6 years old

Our curriculum is focused on the development of the whole child. We’ve borrowed a little bit from some of the leading early childhood education curriculums, including Creative Curriculum, Montessori, Waldorf, and Reggio-Emilia. As our commitment to being a leader in quality preschool education, we will be applying for formal accreditations with the National Association and Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program. We pride ourselves on setting high standards, putting children and families first, and valuing teachers for the professionals that they are.

Learning another language is an incredible gift that offers a wealth of benefits that last a lifetime. Research shows that children who study languages are more imaginative, better with abstract ideas and more flexible in their thinking. Later in life, multi-lingual students also score statistically higher on standardized tests, such as the SAT. And certainly we are all aware of the many financial benefits of being multi-lingual! LLIP After School Program:

We offer after school programs for children from 3 years old to 9 years old. Our After School program runs from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Please call us for the latest schedule.

LLIP Classes & Camps:

Based on the current schedule, LLIP may offer individual weekday classes and Saturday classes, Holiday and Summer camps, Mommy and Me classes, Music, Dance and Sign Language classes, as well as individual language classes in Spanish, French, Chinese, Russian, Korean, Japanese and Italian at our East Point location. We also will offer Adult language programs. Please contact us for our latest schedule.

Lango

In order to keep up with parent demand outside of our regular program, we hold additional classes and camps offsite in other Metro Atlanta in-town neighborhoods. We have selected to work with Lango for this endeavor. Lango is new to Atlanta, but already teaches hundreds of kids in the San Francisco Bay Area. We share the belief that every child can and should learn another language, and we’re working hard to make it possible for kids all over Atlanta to do so. Kids love our fun, dynamic classes, as do parents, more and more of whom seem to be making learning a second language a priority for their kids.
