Who We Are
Since 2008, Little Linguists International Preschool (LLIP) has proudly partnered with families to provide high-quality early education in a family-focused micro-school environment. With a unique emphasis on play-based learning, language immersion, and cultural diversity, we offer children from birth to five years old the personalized care and attention they need to thrive.
At LLIP, we prioritize small class sizes—serving fewer than 50 students per location—to create an intimate, supportive learning environment where every child feels seen, valued, and empowered. Our programs foster academic growth, social-emotional development, and a lifelong love of learning.
With two locations in East Point and Decatur, our schools are central to the Tri-Cities area, conveniently near Delta Airlines, Woodward Academy, the airport, and downtown Atlanta.
Our History
Our journey began with a bold vision: to nurture young minds through language immersion and cultural exploration. Over the years, we have built a legacy of innovation, growth, and community impact:
2013: Little Linguists Decatur opened as a half-day program in collaboration with Bean Work Play Café, providing high-quality, language-centered care to local families.
2016: This program evolved into a full-day, full-language immersion preschool, affirming our dedication to comprehensive early education.
2013: The owner, staff, and parents of Little Linguists co-founded The GLOBE Academy, one of Georgia’s first dual-language immersion public charter schools, which continues to serve families in DeKalb County.
By combining our commitment to small class sizes, play-based learning, and family collaboration, Little Linguists ensures that every child receives the individualized attention and enriching experiences they need to succeed—academically, socially, and emotionally.
